Designed for actuation pressures from 10 up to 400 Pascal. The blades are closed in normal position. If the pressure rises above the pre-set actuation pressure, the blades begin to open. When the pressure drops below said point the blades close again.

Frame made of Aluminium C-Profiles, resp. from 1’000mm side length upwards made of galvanized steel, screwed with corner angles – no welds of any kind – suitable for all duct connection flanges. Flanges 36mm or 50mm, depth 165mm. Damper width in 1mm increments, for widths greater than 900mm with intermediate support. Torsion rigid Aluminium single-skin blades 100mm, with changeable EPDM-Sealing, temperature resistant up to 80 °C. With integrated sealings on the sides.
Shafts made of Aluminium, pressed into the end of the blades, on both sides in plain bearings made of plastic. Shaft diameter 16mm.Leakage rate according to CEN 1751, Class 3.
Pressure resistance against the air flow direction at least 1’200Pa
The pressure relief dampers are suitable for horizontal and vertical air flows. The direction of the air flow must be specified. If the air flow is horizontal, the blades need to be horizontal as well.
The blades are coupled parallel with a linkage, located at the outside of the frame. The actuation pressure is pre-set in our workshop with a counterweight.
