Weather-proof louvres form the external closure of air ducts or ventilation openings and prevent the ingress of precipitation and foreign bodies. They are available in lightweight or heavy-duty design. We offer the Weather-proof louvres in a tried and test stable design made of several materials. We look forward to manufacturing a special solution to your individual specifications.
WSG: Round version
The WSG Grillair weather-proof louvre is available in aluminium, copper, copper-titanium-zinc and stainless steel. We can also supply the louvres in anodised aluminium or powder-coatet. There are hardly any limits to shape or size. We manufacture the WSG weather-proof louvres to fit your project precisely, from round and triangular, trapezoidal through to curved and arched. For applications at high altitudes and in cold regions, the WSG can be equipped with an electrical resistance heating system.

Application:
WSG weather-proof louvers act as an duct closure for mounting on the outside of a building or in ventilation openings on outside walls. The Grillair can also be fitted to machinery and equipment as uncontrolled air inlets or outlets or as protection grids. The specially formed blades prevent precipitation from entering. Splash water is drained through the drainage nozzles.
WSG-75: Heavy-duty designe, side cut
Function:
The design is based on a welded and highly stable profile frame with specially fitted blades. Two or more tie rods fixed through the construction are spaced at maximum 800 mm. The entire weather-proof grid is bolted together to form a compact and torsionally rigid unit. A spacer separates each blade from its neighbour and fixes it at the same time. At the rear is a protective grating with a mesh width of 16 mm to prevent the ingress of unwanted foreign bodies. Optionally, the WSG weather-proof louvre can be supplemented by an insect screen.
